Gurudev Aadimudra Bhudatt Parashar
Under the sublime spiritual direction of Gurudev Aadimudra Bhudatt Parashar, Aadimudra was established as a living sanctuary for authentic awakening, direct experience, and conscious liberation.
Why Aadimudra Exists
In modern society, we have accumulated extraordinary technological mastery over the external world, yet inner peace, clarity of identity, and emotional equilibrium remain elusive. Yoga and spirituality are frequently stripped of their transformative depth and reduced to mere superficial exercises.
Aadimudra was founded to restore yoga and self-inquiry as an intimate inward sanctuary. Not through dogmatic indoctrination or blind faith, but through systematic, experiential practices that invite you to observe, inquire, and know for yourself.

The Seven Core Values
These seven foundational principles govern our curriculum, spaces, community, and dialogue.

Learning from ancient traditions, personal life experience, quiet inquiry, and open-minded curiosity.
Mindful Living
Bringing calm attention and care into everyday moments, daily work, family life, and decisions.
